About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Medical Workforce at Eastern Health. You will be a strategic internal consultant, partnering with stakeholders to achieve workforce optimisation and sustainability.

The role focuses on the coordination of end to end recruitment for Medical Workforce including:

Collaborating to embed best practice recruitment and maintaining alignment of quality candidates with Eastern Health Values.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition, talent pooling and pipelines.
Analysing and applying data and workforce trends to inform medical recruitment strategies and reporting on emerging trends in the employment market and target talent segments.
Supporting and coaching stakeholders to deliver efficient recruitment practices and processes using the electronic recruitment system.
Partnering to advertise or directly source candidates using various creative mediums aligned with Eastern Health brand guidelines.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Qualifications in HR or relevant field
Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role
High volume internal recruitment experience
Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Experience or exposure to SuccessFactors and/or other cloud based recruitment systems

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
