What You’ll Do
At MXV Consulting, HR is not a support function. It is a strategic lever. We are looking for an TA Manager who can think like a business partner, act like a brand ambassador, and build talent and culture with intent. In short, you’ll:
· Lead talent acquisition across on-campus and off-campus channels, aligned with business and role specific needs
· Build and strengthen relationships with colleges and create new partnerships to access diverse, and high quality talent
· Manage the complete employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance management and exits
· Drive capability building and learning initiatives, including skill mapping, training needs identification, and execution
· Ensure timely and effective performance reviews, analyse outcomes, and support skill and performance improvement
· Own employee engagement and culture-building, fostering professional behaviour, social intelligence, and high-impact work
· Act as a brand ambassador for MXV Consulting with external stakeholders and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in both campus and lateral hiring, preferably in a professional services environment
· Strong ability to represent the organization externally and build long term stakeholder relationships
· A high sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to go beyond defined roles
· Strategic mindset to align business goals with talent and capability needs
