What You Will Do
• Plan and execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy
• Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process
• Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
• Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates on hiring roadmap
• Manage the hiring practice from first contact, phone, or online / onsite interviews all the way through until onboarding
• Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs
• Analyze hiring effectiveness per used channels/tools and propose improved strategies for added improvement
Your Profile
• 2 to 3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Experience in talent acquisition consulting companies preferred.
• Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
• Fluent in English - mandatory
• Extensive expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Ability to make things happen in a team and independently is key
• Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
• Self-starter, open-minded and results oriented.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-moving environment
