We at the West Brom are always on the lookout for new colleagues and we are now in a great position to be able to advertise for our Customer Service Agent talent bank.

So, if you want to provide a service to customers contacting us through multiple communication channels, primarily by telephone, email and web chat, whether it’s through savings, mortgages or our 3rd party products, you will take pride in proactively identifying opportunities through conversations to support the financial wellbeing of our customers.
You will ensure our customers’ needs are at the forefront of your day every step of the way. The focus will be on providing comprehensive and knowledgeable information regarding mortgages, investments and other financial services as appropriate.
What the role will look like:
Delivering outstanding customer outcomes, which are right, first time
Management and prioritisation of own workload
Delivery of outstanding customer service which meets department service and quality standards, for every interaction with the customer, whether external or internal
To ensure all risk and control framework requirements are adhered to
To develop own skills on an ongoing basis and, maintain your own Personal Development Plan
What you will bring to the role:
You will have excellent front line customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively. This is a busy role; therefore you will have effective time management skills and be able to work effectively using your own initiative or as part of a team. You will possess a positive attitude with personal drive and be able to respond positively to working within a pressurised environment.
