Job Description
As the Talent Business Partner, you will be partnering with business leaders and our employees to take the company forward. Managing activities such as employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. You enjoy interacting with all your colleagues and are passionate about setting your colleagues up for success. This position will ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize Cialfo’s established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect. You will champion Cialfo’s culture for the region and functional teams. This role reports to the VP of Talent.
What You Will Be Doing
• Conduct regular strategic meetings with Business Leaders to gain insight into business operations and challenges.
• Provide proactive HR guidance, bridging the gap between HR and business objectives to enhance performance.
• Utilize data to inform HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Provide quarterly performance management guidance, encompassing coaching, career development, and, if necessary, disciplinary actions to support our talent's growth and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with international employees to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
• Contribute to the talent acquisition process by assisting in recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and defining candidate selection criteria.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, efficiently.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics and trends.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
About You
• 6-8 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role.
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in the relevant field.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem solving mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management (C-Level exposure), communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient in dealing with people data, metrics and providing insights through analytics.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and is able to move fast to make things happen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-orientated with good decision making and time management skills.
• Independent, hands-on and takes accountability to deliver solutions and results.
• Change management skills.
• HRIS system implementation is a big plus.
