Position to be staffed within Automotive Talent Management & Organizational Development
Support the Head of the CoE to develop innovative, creative and value adding solutions in the area of Talent Management
Support the Automotive Talent Management Team in acting as a talent scout in the organization and provoking positive changes in talent management
Supporting and guiding managers as well as and the global HR community in talent and performance management processes in accordance with country specific legal regulations, CoE guidance, and company guidelines while ensuring execution of measures
Support the organization and administration of the Talent Management Conferences / Talent Review Meetings on Automotive Level
Involvement in the execution of global and cross-organizational projects and initiatives in the area of Talent Management like career paths, global trainee program, diversity projects
Manage the nomination and administration process for the Leadership Architecture on Automotive Level
Driving and Supporting the execution of Talent Management initiatives and measures
Maintain continuous and effective communication to stakeholders on different levels within the organization including maintaining a global internal TM network
Job Requirements :
Academic degree in economics in Human Resources, Management, Social Science, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
8-10 years of HR experience in comparable areas like Talent Management, Learning & Training
Automotive business experience, experience in HR roles as well as would be an advantage
Good knowledge in the area of HR, related processes and tools like SAP SuccessFactors
Strong skills in communicating, developing of networks, conceptual work, intercultural sensitivity and focus on quality and the constant desire to improve the services of Talent Management for our internal customers
Knowledge of KNIME, PowerBI would be an advantage
Fluent English language skill (written and spoken)
