Mazeweb Technologies is a growing digital marketing and technology company specializing in email infrastructure, web-based SaaS platforms, and affiliate marketing tools. We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Female Accountant to manage our daily financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments). Generate Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Send Quotations and make proper payment follow ups for timely payments.
Key Job Functions
Generate Tax Invoices and Send it to the customers
Telephonic and Email communications with the clients and Vendors
Handle Tally ERP / Tally Prime entries and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare Monthly GST and TDS data and coordinate with the CA for filing.
Assist with monthly closing and P&L statements.
Coordinate with CA for audit, filing, and financial reports.
Manage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Ensure all invoices and receipts are properly documented and filed.
Handle communication with banks and vendors as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or above).
Good spoken and written english communication skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Excel, and MS Office.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations is a must.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Preference for candidates residing near Andheri / Vile Parle / Jogeshwari area. or Western suburbs
Work Details
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Full Time
Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Part Time
Work Type: Office-based role (No work-from-home)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 56 per week
