Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at an e-commerce company in Bangalore. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial transactions using Tally software.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and laws.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Manage bank accounts, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably using Tally software.
• Strong knowledge of Tally software and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
