Tally Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to manage and support the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of financial transactions Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Perform bank, vendor, and internal account reconciliations Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Assist with tax filings, audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance Support budget preparation and financial forecasting Monitor cash flow and financial transactions Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes Maintain and organize financial records for internal and external audits Suggest improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field years of proven accounting experience Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Strong Excel and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity for career growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to diverse financial operations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
