Job Description
As a Data Entry Operator (Finance) in our Ecommerce Seller Company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial data related to our ecommerce operations. Your primary role will involve entering financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in various data entry and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions, including sales, expenses, refunds, and other financial activities, into the accounting software or financial management system.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of financial accounts, such as bank accounts, credit card statements, and payment gateways, to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments from vendors and suppliers. Update accounts receivable records and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Expense Tracking: Enter and categorize business expenses, including travel expenses, office supplies, and other operational costs. Maintain accurate records for expense tracking and reporting purposes.
Audit Support: Collaborate with the finance team during internal and external audits. Provide necessary financial data and assist in data retrieval and analysis as requested.
Compliance and Regulations: Adhere to financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies related to data entry, financial reporting, and data security. Safeguard sensitive financial information and handle data in compliance with relevant regulations.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in financial data entry and management tasks.
