Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Radiology Administration Team Leader to provide administrative support to our radiology department, ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the radiology department
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Lead and manage a team of administrative staff
Requirements:
Extensive healthcare experience, preferably in Radiology systems
Background in relevant administration roles
Excellent leadership skills combined with a compassionate approach towards patients
Exceptional communication skills, dedication to quality, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Time management, initiative, and flexibility
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Experience working in a healthcare environment and/or Radiology practice (preferred)
Certificate in Medical Terminology
