Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
- Advise on International Taxation, including DTAA, FEMA, and Transfer Pricing
- Prepare and review tax returns, filings, and documentation for audits
- Support tax planning and structuring of domestic and cross-border investments
- Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants on assessments and notices
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business
- Maintain up-to-date tax records and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Role Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Candidates with a Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields with relevant tax experience may also apply
- 4+ years of experience in tax consulting or compliance, preferably within financial services or investment firms
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and International Taxation
- Proven experience handling DTAA, FEMA, and Transfer Pricing matters
- Proficiency in MS Excel, tax computation software, and reporting tools
- Excellent understanding of Indian taxation laws and global tax frameworks
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders
