Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Accountant , expertise to lead our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Manage cash flow, monitor budgets, and provide insights to optimize financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Interface with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Stay updated on accounting standards and changes in regulations, adapting processes accordingly.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and manage tax planning strategies.
Review and approve financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
Manage relationships with banking and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is must!
[2+] years of proven experience in accounting and finance roles, US taxation experience is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
