Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US tax compliance, income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and ASC 740 preparation.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file tax returns for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing agreements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
• Experience with international tax compliance and transfer pricing is a plus
• Knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision preparation
