Job Title: Tax & Accounts Executive
Location: Andheri East (Near Andheri Subway)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and month-end closing activities
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and intercompany accounts
Manage statutory compliance under Indian laws, including:
GST return preparation and filing
TDS computation, deductions, and return filing
Other routine statutory filings and reports
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions:
Invoice processing and vendor reconciliations
Payment processing and collections support
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management review
Assist with budget vs. actual analysis and variance reporting
Support statutory audits, tax audits, and assessments by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor queries
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Tally Prime
Strong working knowledge of GST & TDS compliance
Experience in financial statement preparation
Expertise in bank reconciliation and cash management
Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Skills
Advanced Excel skills (including VBA/macros)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent
CA Inter or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
1–5 years of relevant accounting and taxation experience in:
Indian corporate environment, or
Chartered Accountancy / accounting firm
Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws, statutory filings, and audit processes
