Skills:
The ideal candidate would be responsible for supporting US based firms in performing all tax
planning and compliance services. You’ll focus on working directly with US Team senior
individuals to develop tax planning strategies and advise clients on the tax implications.

Requirement:
Work with clients to develop tax planning strategies related to Opportunity Zone
investments.
Advise clients on the tax implications of Opportunity Zone deferrals and investments.
Prepare and review tax returns, including federal and state income tax returns.
Conduct tax research and draft technical memorandums
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations related to Opportunity Zones and advise
clients accordingly.
Review financial statements and other documentation related to Opportunity Zone
investments.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Assist with due diligence for potential Opportunity Zone investments.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical skills in federal and state tax laws and regulations related to
Opportunity Zones
Familiar with Tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong financial, analytical and accounting skills
Good calculation and analytical skills.
Commercial and Technical Competence.
