About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Tax Reporting and SOX Compliance for PVH ANZ. Additionally, you will support the management of the master register of commercial contracts, the risk register, and lease accounting.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, this is a full-time, 12-month parental leave cover, hybrid role, working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Calculate, manage and deliver accurate Local tax schedules (Income Tax, GST, FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG) and have them lodged within the required timelines.
Responsible for the ongoing Corporate Tax reporting to Regional and PVH Global Tax Team in timely manner
Ensure that the PVH Australia and New Zealand meets SOX compliance
Manage and deliver accurate Australia and New Zealand Local Financial Statements
Liaise with Internal and External auditor for various tax accounting and compliance matter
Maintain accurate up to date master commercial contract registers and risk registers
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
CA / CPA qualified
Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm experience ideal
Corporate tax technical skills – minimum 3 Years
Experience with BI Tools
Good project management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Analytical thinker, with the ability to solve problems logically and mathematically, including developing solutions and recommendations.
Extensive diligence, accuracy and thoroughness.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
