Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Computation of advance tax on quarterly basis.
Collation of tax audit and statutory audit related information/ data and preparation of schedules as required by the law.
Computation of current tax, deferred tax, and contingent liability on quarterly basis both as per Ind AS and IFRS.
Transfer Pricing: Maintaining documentation on inter-company transactions and facilitating collation of data for preparation of TP audit.
Full involvement in collating and preparation of tax computation and income tax return filing.
Group companies or subsidiary companies’ income tax returns filing with proper documentation.
Managing/ collecting foreign tax credit documents, calculation, follow-ups from respective stakeholders and ensuring proper accounting.
Maintaining direct taxes related documents and correspondences.
Keep track of notices received and updating the status in notice tracking system.
Initiate compliance like PAN/ TAN application, corrections, collecting details/documents for preparation of basic replies to tax office on queries asked.
Preparation of monthly compliance certificates.
Visiting income tax office on need basis for correspondences.
Constantly working on simplification and standardization of process by preparing standard operating process, workflow etc.
Be pro-active and ready to take up new assignment within the team.
Ensuring full support to business, finance, and transactional tax by good collaboration.
Your background:
Education qualification - Chartered Accountant.
Minimum of 2+ years of overall hands-on experience.
Good spoken and written English skills.
