Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Lawyer at Neeraj Bhagat & Co. in New Delhi. The Tax Lawyer will be responsible for tax planning, providing tax advisory services, and ensuring compliance with tax laws on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Tax Planning and Tax Advisory skills
• Drafting Agreements, notices and appeals.
• Expertise in Tax Law and related regulations
• Strong understanding of Tax principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly
• Experience in providing tax advice and solutions
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Relevant degree in Law or Taxation
