Job Details
Responsibilities
• Oversee and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, or trusts, depending on your specialization.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to optimize client tax outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and advise clients on changes.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Review and approve tax documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct tax research and provide expertise on complex issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in Taxation or a related field is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
