Qualifications
CPA or EA License required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting as a CPA
Must have been a Tax Manager role prior to applying
Must have international taxation exposure
Ideally an MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting / Taxation, but Bachelors is not a deal breaker
Bonus points for being proficient in CCH Access but not mandatory
Must be proficient in Excel
Bilingual (English and Spanish) for extra points

Manage compliance engagements, from budgeting to scheduling to managing staff
Perform research and draft memoranda

Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of senior and staff accountants
Responsible for training new staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and facilitating the resolution of problems
