Taxation and Accounting Expertise
We seek a Senior Tax Accountant to report to our Senior Tax Manager and work closely with the Financial Accounting Manager. This role offers diverse responsibilities including:
Assisting with income tax returns, GST returns, FBT returns, PAYE, and RWT preparation.
Providing written advice and document positions on key tax issues.
Offering tax advice on ad hoc queries.
Preparing deferred tax calculations and updating key tax process documents.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A tertiary degree in accounting or tax.
CA qualification or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in tax or accounting.
Strong knowledge of NZ tax and ability to expand into Australian tax.
