Assist teachers in lesson planning and classroom activities.
Track and report on student progress, communicating effectively with educators and parents.
Build positive relationships with students to foster their social and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and specialists to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
Qualifications in special education or child development are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for student success.
Flexibility to adapt to various needs and situations.
