Roles and Responsibility

Standard Chartered Modeling & Analytics Centre Pvt Ltd (SCMAC) is a 100% Standard Chartered Group owned company that specifically caters to the growing analytics needs of the Group
The CRM Analytics function provides robust and contemporary analytics solutions and data insights to Standard Chartered’s Retail Banking business across the globe for purpose of risk management and capital management, and helps the business grow in a balanced and sustainable manner
Job Purpose: Provide administrative support to CRM Analytics team
High level Role Description

Support “Head – CRM Analytics” and SCMAC team leads in day to day admin operations including schedule coordination
Expense management
Procurement of IT assets (hardware/software), maintaining inventory, managing annual audits
Raising of PO for all other expenses, processing of bills, vendor payment
New vendor empanelment
Review of monthly expenses – CBR’s – and coordinate with SCMAC and GBS finance counterparts for smooth charge back process
Business Continuity Planning
SPOC for maintaining BCP/BIA docs, conduct tests, coordinate with India BCM team
Travel

Arranging for all travel requirements of team members – (considering SCMAC staff has external email access barred)
Manage travel logistics of visitors – Group or Country
Recruitment Coordination

SPOC for all recruitment related admin support including candidate and recruitment consultant interactions, logistics.
Day 1 support incl. all IT requirements – ensuring hardware, software is available for new hires.
L&D Coordination

Coordinate L&D session logistics with external vendors, e.g. SAS
Support internal L&D programs
CSR Coordination – with SCMAC company secretary
Coordination of all general team administration matters – leave planning, events, mandatory e-learning, etc.
Competency expected in role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills : act as internal communications hub, handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
Organized and Detail Oriented : Understand company policies and procedures
Ability to manage time and multi-task
Dealing with matters of confidentiality in a strict professional way
Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders within SCB to achieve end results
Our Ideal Candidate
Eligibility criteria

At least 3 years of experience in similar Team Admin or Executive Assistant roles
Experience of working with companies that requires coordination with muti-country stakeholders will be considered a plus.
General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint is desired.
Good written and verbal communication skills
