Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enabling the success of the ‘end to end' interRAI Services education administration, registration and certification process and is responsible for managing all interRAI Services training course registrations, as well as providing stakeholders with appropriate guidance around the correct type of interRAI training for their staff. The role is integral to the development of new course registration processes, providing a range of administration coordination support, documentation, monitoring, reporting and general support services in the delivery of interRAI services.
You'll play a key part in maintaining service excellence, driving process improvement, and ensuring compliance in all aspects of people administration and support.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The interRAI Service is responsible for delivering training, support, and systems that enable clinicians to carry out high-quality assessments nationwide. You will be part of a collaborative and values-driven team working across Education Delivery, Competency, Quality, and Software teams. Together, we support a national programme that underpins care decisions for some of New Zealand's most vulnerable populations.

You will bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in senior administration, coordination, or customer service roles
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and confidence working with digital systems
An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the ability to apply its principles in meaningful, practical ways
