Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and lead the POSP Agents to greater heights. You’ll supervise approximately 10 full-time employees who are in contact with our customers (both businesses and individuals) in person and via email, phone, live chat, and other methods
Designation:- Team Leader
Experience:- 3+ years
Location:- Maninagar, Ahmedabad
• Note interested candidates should be a current salary of 3 to 4.5
Roles and Responsibility:-
· Role incumbent is responsible for the execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results.
· Role incumbent is responsible for the Maintain Relationship with POSP to ensure the achievement of business targets. Train POSPs on products, the process of Sales
· Incumbent is responsible for broadening & sustaining the existing business base with an exploration of opportunities among the Business Partners & by increasing organizational share in the client portfolio.
· Manage the daily activity of POSPs to ensure a strong Pipeline. Coach and guide the POSPs to grow their business.
· Incumbent is responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring the sustenance of the existing business.
· Role incumbent is also responsible for explorations & identification of new business by networking.
· To identify the area of improvement & enhance business opportunities for the team.
· Incumbent is responsible for Business Partners' engagement & networking to gain market feedback & identify further business avenues. Desired Candidates Profile.
· Good Interpersonal skills.
· Moderate analytical skills for market mapping & business expansion Additional Information of Job.
Ideal Candidate:-
· Ability to develop, Implement and assess performance metrics
· Minimum 2+ years of Experience is required
· Life Insurance Experience Must
· Motor insurance is preferred
· Confident and good communication must
· Must have team lead Experience
· Ready to take ownership of work
