Crew Team Lead – Turn Papillion into a Winter Wonderland!
Full Time | $20+ per hour + performance commissions | Mondays-Fridays
We’re looking for Crew Team Leads to help transform Papillion into a holiday showcase! Take charge of your crew, work outdoors, and deliver professional, sparkling displays that wow customers all season long. This isn’t a clock-in-and-stare-at-the-wall gig—it’s an active, hands-on leadership role with real career potential. If you have experience in roofing, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, or other crew-based work—and you’re ready to lead—we want to talk!

Earn $30,000–$34,000 for the holiday lighting season (Sept–Feb)
Year-round, full-time work available for top-performing Leads
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional Saturdays)

What You’ll Do as Crew Team Lead
Lead a small crew installing professional holiday lighting on rooftops and landscaping
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are always met
Oversee daily job prep, routing, installs, and cleanups
Communicate clearly with customers and represent our brand professionally
Keep morale high—music, laughs, and teamwork are all part of the job!
What You’ll Need
Valid driver’s license (you’ll often drive the crew)
Clean driving record
Live within 30 minutes of Papillion, NE
Authorized to work in the USA
Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and outdoors in varying weather
Leadership experience in lighting, landscaping, roofing, construction, or similar fields is strongly preferred
Based in Papillion, NE
