Job Description
We provide services to some of the top organizations globally. + of the top 10 consulting firms are amongst our clients. We also serve several government organizations and Global Foundations. To serve these high Caliber clients, we run a top-notch operations and client servicing team.
Our services include Language Translation, Graphic Design, Video Production, Presentation Design and more. The operations team is the engine of delivery and has 4 basic functions:
1. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and set delivery expectations (mostly over email, sometimes calls)
2. Manage the multistage delivery process by working with our network of 1000+ service experts across the globe, and in-house Subject Matter Experts
3. Assure quality of English Language Deliverables (Sometimes including proofreading)
4. Visually enhance documents (in MS Word and PowerPoint)
While very few can be good at all these things, we expect each individual to master at least 2-3 of these 4 skills.
