Job Description
To lead the entire production process for one particular line of module production. Need to plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. Also needs to supervise teams that work in operations and product development.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
Oversee a workforce of 100 employees in the manufacturing department
Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
Responsible for training operators for products & processes within the team.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
B.Tech / B.E / Diploma with 8 to 12 yrs of experience. Should be from a module manufacturing background.

• card_travel 10 - 15 yrs. ₹As per Industry Standards
