Job Description
1. Area/ Geography Mapping.
Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with his team
members on geography mapping. Should audit and review the progress of area mapping on
regular intervals and share the progress report with his superiors.
Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency
Knowledge of the entire geography.
Ability to plan and strategize the geography mapping.
Ability to use tools and resources to identify potential areas and sources.
2. Source Relationship Management.
o Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with
all sources of his team and geographic area.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency
a. To identify the problem and expectations of the sources with low LSR,
SLR and MS.
b. Knowledge and ability to use various tools which can be utilized to
improve relationship and ratios.
3. Audit / Relationship / Coaching Calls
Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source
visits and Sales calls.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency
a. Product Knowledge – own and competition
b. Ability to handle objection raised by customers and sources
c. Ability to use various tools to address customer and source queries
4. Channel Partner Recruitment
Responsible for validation and empanelment of channel partners
Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency
Knowledge of BSA empanelment process.
Ability to identify the potential channel partner
Ability to identify whether the BSA falls within the norms and category defined.
5. Team Huddle
Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.

Knowledge of daily morning huddle process
Ability to conduct team huddle
6. Weekly Team Review
Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and weekly completion of Sales
Patri II.

7. HSPL Hub Co-ordination
Responsible for coordination with credit team on the logged in loan applications and update
status to his team members.
