Job Summary
The Team Leader – Real Estate Sales is responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve team performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves team supervision, lead management, sales strategy execution, and coordination with internal departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.

• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and site visit conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of real estate market trends and property sales processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
