Job Summary

The Team Leader – Real Estate Sales is responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve team performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves team supervision, lead management, sales strategy execution, and coordination with internal departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
