Job Description
• Ensure to perform the duties, as assigned from time to time.
• To man the assigned area and check for suspicious occurrences and also ensure that the parking rules and regulations are enforced.
• Document all activities during the shift, as directed by the Security Officer.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management
• Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial Management
• Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources.
Operational Management
• Identify and report operational problems and hence initiate corrective action and assist with diagnosis and correction of the problems.
• Patrol assigned area & check for suspicious occurrences
• Ensure that the parking rules and regulations are enforced.
• Practice Standard Operating Procedures for all functions.
• To frisk any employee for security purpose. ( All male employee to be frisked by male guards and lady employees to be frisked by lady guards only)
• Ensure to handle guest complaints.
• Ensure to abide by the mission statement of ACCOR.
• Ensure to alert the Safety & Security Manager and/or Assistant Security Manager in case of an emergency.
• Ensure to follow at the Employees entrances:
• Check parcels and gate passes
• Control the movements of all the delivery men & visitors.
• Maintain employee’s & visitor’s register.
• Maintain general law and order as per the Management’s policies
