Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing telesales strategies. Driving and achieving business targets through outbound calling. Able to drive a team of 2-4 TLs and 30-50 tele-callers. Setting weekly and monthly sales targets to TLs for their respective teams. Monitoring the performance of the entire telesales team. Periodic Auditing/ Quality check on the process and calls by setting appropriate parameters. Identifying and addressing the training needs of the team through Feedback and coaching. Manage the daily team activities and ensure smooth execution of daily operations. Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets. Innovations and ideas.
