Are you a highly organised multitasker with a knack for admin, HR, and team support? We’re looking for a proactive and confident Admin & team manager to help keep our team running smoothly. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and is confident in training and supporting a team (in person and remotely).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan & coordinate team journey routes and schedules each month
Recruit & onboard new team members (interviewing, hiring, training)
Ensure KPI success by supporting and guiding the team
Train & develop new and existing team members
Support the sales team in presenting products to IGAs and pharmacies (training provided!)
This is primarily an administrative role with a focus on team management and support. While no sales experience is required, a confident personality and interest in admin, HR, or sales will help you excel.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Confidence in training and mentoring team members
A team-player attitude with a strong work ethic
Sales experience (preferred but not required)
A valid driver’s license
The Details:
Part-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (~27 hours per week)
Flexible hours available for the right candidate
