Has responsibility for daily people leadership in smaller sub teams,
focusing on specific sub processes or geographies. Provides input to and
manages the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of the
manager.
Is often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enables
coaching of team members.
Participates in transactional work as required as well.

Position Specifications:
Graduate, ideally Finance and Accounting.
Job Knowledge & Competency.
Understand the Operational business processes across Logistics & Services business
At least basic knowledge of Operational concepts internally and externally
A minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in shipping or operation financial role.
Some leadership skills and proven people management experience will be added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
