What you’ll need for success:
. Road and Drainage construction experience: Proven experience in roads and drainage maintenance, including skills in concrete work (formwork and finishing), earthworks, pavement placement, pipe laying and trenching
. Strong attention to detail and Safety standards: A commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective results while adhering to safety standards and regulations is crucial.
. Teamwork and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and under general supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem solving and task completion.
. Communication Skills: Strong listening skills with the ability to convey information and the ability to complete timesheets, correspondence and mandatory forms.
. Motivation: Ability to self-motivate, contributing as an effective team member and taking initiative in tasks and projects.
. Construction Induction Training (White Card)
. Current unrestricted Medium Rigid (MR) licence
