Key Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead/Delivery Architect, you will be responsible for:
• Full-stack Development:
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.JS for backend development and React.JS for frontend development, with a minimum of 6 years of proven expertise in both.
• Unit Testing:
• Proficiency in Jest or Mocha & Chai for unit testing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Database Management:
• In-depth knowledge of SQL or PostgreSQL for efficient database management, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Leadership:
• Demonstrate leadership by leading and mentoring a team of developers. Previous experience in a Team Lead role is essential.
• Design and Architecture:
• Provide expertise in designing, architecting, and solutioning technology projects. Contribute to high-level design choices and guide the team on technical matters.
• Code Review:
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintain code quality, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Strong communication skills are non-negotiable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Project Delivery:
• Lead and contribute to the successful delivery of technology projects. Ensure projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with client expectations.
• Client Interaction:
• Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven expertise in Node.JS, React.JS, Jest or Mocha & Chai, SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead role.
• Design, Architectural & Solutioning experience in previous projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
