As a Technical Account Manager for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), you will play a critical role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing the post-sales process for your client base.
• Driving quarterly renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Facilitating the proper deployment of new and enhanced services.

You will have regular interactions with existing customers, conducting technical checkups and serving as their primary point of contact. Additionally, you will:
• Assist customers with inquiries by collaborating with Support, Pre-Sales, and Management.
• Gather valuable feedback and use cases to provide data points to internal teams, influencing product and company direction.

Your success in this role will be measured by annual renewal rates, upselling success, and overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Pre-Sales to technically assist in closing deals.

Qualifications:
• Background in security and systems/networking.
• General knowledge of current IT security fields such as Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Vulnerability Management, and other enterprise security solutions.
• 2-3 years of experience in the SaaS industry, providing Network Security, IT Auditing, and Policy Compliance solutions.
• Familiarity with Federal Regulatory Compliance issues (e.g., HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes-Oxley, FISMA) and Auditing Frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus.
• A strong work ethic and a proactive, 'make it happen' attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as most interactions will be over the phone with occasional travel to clients, partners, and trade shows.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 (OTE) per year, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and location. This range includes both base salary and incentive compensation, excluding potential equity grants. We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
