As a Tech Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact software solutions for our customers. You’ll work closely with clients, product teams and delivery squads to translate business needs into practical technical outcomes, ensuring smooth implementation, strong adoption and long-term value. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a problem solver and the vital link between our customers and our technology.
What you’ll be doing
Lead discovery and requirements sessions to understand client goals, challenges and workflows
Translate business needs into clear solution designs
Configure and tailor software to meet client-specific requirements
Work closely with developers, architects and project managers to support timely delivery
Assist with testing and go-live activities
Provide clear, concise status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and onboarding workshops
Identify opportunities to improve solution delivery and enhance client outcomes
Share feedback with product teams to support roadmap and feature improvements
Translate industry regulatory requirements into accurate system configurations
Requirements
What you will need to be successful in this role
Proven experience translating customer requirements into effective solutions through product configuration
Strong background in defining and facilitating technical and functional workshops to deliver customer enhancements
Solid understanding of integration and modern software engineering practices, including cloud platforms
Experience supporting customers through implementation, configuration, testing and training
Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless design
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability
Skilled in leading discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident in managing client expectations and navigating challenging conversations
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is an advantage
Domain knowledge in healthcare or Private Health Fund Insurance systems
Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs, Gateway API contracts, YAML/JSON and integration platforms such as Kafka
Good understanding of SSO and identity providers including Azure AD, Okta and Auth0.
