Technical Marketing Executive

Job Title: Technical Marketing Executive General Summary:  Providing Technical Support to Marketing Executive to conduct trials.  Up gradation of the existing product range.  Improving the quality of existing product range.  Developing Cost Effective alternatives to the existing formulations without compromising the quality.  Innovation of new Chemical composition for optimum performance.  Implementation of latest & Cost effective methods of processing  Monitoring the quality of raw material production & maintaining the records.  Laying down the specification of raw materials.  Representing the Company in various organizations, corporate for technical presentation.  Marketing of Construction Chemicals of the Company in India and abroad as per given targets.  To look after quality control testing procedures and other indigenously developed products at various sites as per requirement.  To visit the sites and guide the customers and provide the solutions as per customer’s requirements.  To conduct/ supervise the trials at site whenever required.  To build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, applicators, contractors.  To give feedback to management about the trial results of our products at the plant.  To provide training for junior team members and evaluate on their performance.  Technical support to all the Sales & Marketing Team. Education and Experience:  Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification  Experience into Construction Chemicals like: Superplasticisers, Plasticizers, Waterproofing Compounds, Water Repellent Coating, Curing Compounds, Air Entraining Agents, Segment Joint Material Roc Anchoring Epoxy Flooring etc.  Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies  Technical marketing skills  Proven experience in customer and market research  Relevant product and industry knowledge Relevant Experience: Min 2 Year Location: Navi Mumbai Salary: As per Industry standard
