Job Description
This is an opportunity for a Technical Operations Executive to join the Technical Operations team at All3Media International working with some of the best TV content around at the only Distributor to win the Broadcast Peer Poll for 5 consecutive years.
The Technical Operations team works with global entertainment brands, international broadcasters, platforms and content producers.
As a Technical Operations Executive (Inbound) you will work closely with the Senior Technical Operations Manager (Inbound) to manage the day to day running of All3Media International's Inbound content.
You will also work closely with the Content team, production partners and vendors to supervise content delivery pipelines and devising optimal work processes.
This role will manage 100's of hours of content each month and requires excellent organisation skills, a great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate would have experience working in a post production facility or distribution, preferably managing international versions. A can-do attitude is a must and an ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities will include:
Full responsibility for managing content coming into our asset management system.
Project management relating to new productions in terms of technical specification and delivery.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Operations Manager with updates and progress reports.
Representing Technical Operations in meetings with production partners and vendors.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the following skills/experience:
An understanding of the end-to-end process of post production and distribution.
Strong knowledge and experience of operations from a facility or distribution perspective.
Hands on experience of media asset management systems, transcode software, edit software and delivery mechanisms.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great communication, both written and spoken.
Problem-solving and project management experience is ideal.
