We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us find and hire top talent in the technology industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in technical recruiting and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions such as software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT roles.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find and engage with potential candidates.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
Create and post job listings on job boards and social media platforms.
Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
