o Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
o Coordinate with HOD and Management Team to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
o Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to prospective candidates.
o Compose job offer letters.
o Onboard new hires.
o Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Skills Required: -
o Proven 2+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
o Ability to understand and explain job requirements for requirements
.o Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
o Great oral and written communication skills.
o Excellent understanding of HR practices.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
