Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 technical support to end users across a range of computer-related issues
• Troubleshoot scope and resolve technical problems across GSD business applications and IT systems while adhering to ITIL incident and service request management protocols
• Diagnose network-related issues using basic computer networking concepts and technology
• Support MS Office Suite applications including Outlook MS Teams and related tools
• Address Windows OS related problems and provide hardware support
• Identify and resolve basic computer hardware and troubleshooting issues
• Ensure security and compliance by supporting BitLocker and multi factor authentication
• Assist with Windows domain server and domain related troubleshooting
• Resolve cloud computing and browser-related technical issues
