We are one of ten Jobs & Skills Councils established to address skills shortages and training structures in different sectors. At Powering Skills Organisation our focus is across the energy sector, focusing on electricity, renewables and gas.



We are on a journey to enhance the energy sector's skills and training landscape, creating lasting impact and meaningful change for the industry and the broader community.



This role will offer virtual/work from home arrangements and can be based anywhere in Australia.



About the role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in an RTO environment and possess strong organisational and communication skills, we would love to hear from you!



About You

Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Background in an RTO or similar environment is essential
Understanding and experience with the UEE, UEG, UEP, UET training packages
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with the TGA portal
Ability to provide quality administrative services
Self-motivated and result driven individual
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong relationship building skills
High attention to detail
A team player
