Role & responsibilities:
1. Customer Relation Management
• Being a single point of contact for a customer.
• Bring new business and/or increase SOB
• Reviewing development performance from customer after completion of each project. Based on feedback improve internal processes.
2. Commercials:
• Bring in new projects at defined profit and overhead levels.
• Reviewing price amendments and escalations.
• Making sure each component is profitable and viable.
3. Program Management:
• Complete responsibility for developing parts within defined timeline, ie. LOI to Launch.
• Monitoring key milestones of the program to make sure timelines are adhered.
• Constant communication with customer and keep the customer abreast with each projects status.
• Coordinating with different internal departments and ensuring all aspects of drawing are adhered. Coordinating with customer in an event of deviation/nonconformity.
• After developing the part and submission of samples to customer following up with customer and completing approval process.
• Coordinating with customer and internal departments for one month after Start of Production to ensure smooth transition from Engineering to Production.
• Maintaining project dashboard and present every week to the management.
• Project documentation.
• Commercial knowledge is a must. Should have experience in working under budget guidelines.
• Should be a self-propelling dynamic individual who can deliver results with minimum guidance.
• Should have excellent command on written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of foreign language like German or French will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
