We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Attorney to join our North American Commercial Transactions team. As a member of this team, you will work closely with sales, business development, and operations teams to negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
Provide comprehensive legal support to facilitate Palo Alto Networks products and services with respect to complex go-to-market activities.
Familiarity with and working knowledge of privacy and information security legal issues to review, draft, and negotiate data protection and information security agreements with customers and partners.
Requirements
Must be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state, and have a law degree or equivalent military experience.
Must have 8+ years of strong commercial transaction legal practice involving technology.
Extensive experience working in a constructive and professional manner with sales personnel and management as well as experience with product management activities.
