Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tech Ops Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech degree and proficiency in any programming language. This role involves technical operations, system administration, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
Client Networking: Configure and troubleshoot network equipment and issues.
Script Deployment: Develop and deploy scripts on client networks.
File Deployment: Manage OVA, OVF and VHD file deployments in client environments.
Network Debugging: Diagnose and resolve network problems.
Education:
B.Tech degree is mandatory.
Experience:
1-2 years of programming knowledge (any language).
1-2 years of technical operations and system administration experience.
Skills:
Client engagement
Client networking
Script Deployment.
Deploying OVA, OVF, and VHD files.
Average communication skills for client interactions
