Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele Caller at Kreditwallet in Jaipur. As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our loan products. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with the outcome of each call.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
