We are looking for fresher/experienced professionals who can handle customer support, query resolution at VOLT (100% digital Loan against Mutual Funds platform). We're looking for team who are willing to work in high paced environment with an objective to grow with our company/
We're keen on enabling high growth for our team members who prove themselves.
Role and Responsibilities:
• You will be answering loan, product, process related queries.
• You will be handling inbound/ outbound customer queries about the customers loan accounts.
• This is a day shift => Six-day working with Sunday off
• Good communication skills in English + Hindi with a regional language is a plus
• Ability to handle irate customers
• Solve Customer queries
Requirements:
• A team player, active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues.
• Display Ownership and accountability
• Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
• Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically
• Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
Qualification: Graduates or Undergraduates, Lending/Finance BPO Experience (no freshers, only experienced professionals)
About VOLT
VOLT is a B2C lending platform that enables retail customers to get instant, low cost & flexible credit by pledging their MFs & stocks. By pledging their financial assets, a retail customer can get a loan at a much lower rate and better terms, but at the same time they continue to own their asset and earn returns. VOLT is building a 100% digital solution for origination, pledging, disbursal and collections. For digital pledging, we have integrated with depositories and support all MFs & stocks irrespective of the platform that theyve been purchased from. Our digital integrations will reduce the TAT for this product from 7 days to 5 minutes.
